(My reset is to stop and breathe deeply a few times while smiling) It works every time, sometimes I need a few extra breaths and may also place my hands on my heart!!
There are two states we live in, love or fear. One feels amazing, the other doesn’t. Only one is real.
Love is who we are, Love all of self, including the pieces that are suffering.
When we love ourselves unconditionally, there’s no room for those feelings of unworthiness or not good enough.
